I stayed in a Beautiful Junior Suite with ample space and an excellent balcony view of Positano. The room was well-appointed, and the staff was efficient in setting up my workspace and accommodating any business needs. Breakfast was extensive, with local delicacies, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding after meetings, with attentive staff who enhanced the experience.
There were minor noise distractions from nearby activities.

We loved the superior room as it was tastefully decorated. The breakfast was extensive with a stunning view and served in the terrace. The staff was very professional and fabulously helpful and helped us find restaurants and bars which were located near.

Would be happy to recommend for a little getaway
Charming room, fantastic views, the complimentary breakfast was a good way to start the day with a large selection of pastries and mimosas, and the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Six minutes to the beach and six minutes to the beginning of the pedestrian zone for shopping. The rooms were immaculate and the views were second to none.
We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was with the beds. They were very hard. This would be a fantastic hotel if the beds were more comfortable.

The view from the terrace. The restaurant. Hospitality of the staff. Location.
The beds are very unconfortable. The rooms are very noisy (outside and with other rooms) and not very clean. Anyway rooms are not at the same level than the rest of the hotel.

The location is perfect-it's close to the beach yet nestled in a quieter area. The views from our balcony were fine, overlooking the picturesque Positano. The service was really good. The staff was always cheerful, especially when making dinner reservations and organizing our transportation. We loved dining at their restaurant with its beautiful outdoor patio. The breakfast spread was lavish and delicious.
The walk from the pier can be a bit steep.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with lovely dining, bar, pool areas as well as magnificent views. The staff, speak fluent English and they are professional, kind, and attentive and strive to make your stay the best it can be. The buffet breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is very good. This is a true Italian hotel experience.
The beds are typical beds found in Italian hotels. They are comfortable but not the fluffy hotel chain style beds, which some people may want. I feel that firmer beds are a small trade off with the opportunity to stay in a hotel as amazing as this one. This hotel is memorable.

Amazing views from the Junior Suite with Side Sea View. They offered personal recommendations for local eateries and excursions. Breakfast was a good spread, especially the pastries. The pool area provided a serene escape for relaxation. The surprising complimentary beach bags were a nice touch. The walk from the beach can be quite steep, so prepare accordingly. I faced some noise issues from the adjacent laundry room early in the mornings, a bit disruptive. Despite that, it didn't overshadow the wonderful stay I had.

The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were to die for - bucks fizz, lovely fresh fruit, selection of meats and cheeses etc. The location was excellent - 10mins to the centre of Positano. The hotel has lots of character - original solid oak doors, oak panelled lift, beautiful terrace overlooking Positano etc. Would definitely recommend.

Something special. The staff was attentive, and the views from our room were amazing, although the walk back from the beach was challenging at times.

Wonderful surroundings - the terrace area where breakfast was served was beautiful and we could have spent the whole time sitting on our balcony just gazing at the stunning view. The the range of food and drink available for breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, attentive and friendly. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in with a unique, family-run feel to it.Well positioned in terms of just being a short walk from the town centre and beach, with a number of decent restaurants close by (further up the hill) with the option of indoor or outdoor dining.
